I’m Memo,

My life has unfolded across a triangle of cities that feel almost
mythical to me—Istanbul, Paris, and London. Living and working within this
enchanted geography has shaped my eye, my rhythm, and the images I share with
you. What you see here is both inside and outside that triangle: the echoes of
its streets, and the quiet spaces beyond it.

My professional path has been anything but linear. I’ve worn the hat of a
consultant in the oil and gas world, and later reinvented myself as a self‑taught
chef who found poetry in flavours. Over time, I’ve come to believe that art and
cooking are siblings—born of the same impulse to express what words sometimes
fail to carry. A photograph, a painting, or a dish can speak with a clarity
that shy tongues often envy. After all, not all of us were designed to be
extroverts.

Although
cooking remains a beloved part of my life, I’ve chosen to share only my visual
work with you here. Perhaps my next adventure will merge the two—something
delightfully absurd like “edible prints.”

PLANET MEMO gives me the joy of colouring not
only people’s walls but also their imaginations. My hope is
simple: that these images spark joy, stir dreams, and nudge you gently toward
your own passions.
